Return And Exchange Policy
Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same mode the payment has been made.
Return Policy :
7- days Return Policy for Domestic orders only:
In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, the customer can return the product unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get a replacement . The pickup will be initiated by Foce India Limited
Customer needs to email on orders@foceindia.com with a reason for return .Please note if the material received is not in its original packing and has been used the refunds can be rejected by the Brand. Refunds will take 15-20 working days.
Shipping and Delivery Policy (with duration) :
Once order is placed the product will be delivered within 12 working days. If there is no courier service available in the customer’s area, The order will be cancelled ,we will refund the full amount.
